Chivaree on Park offers two levels of venue space that is exclusively yours for your social event or wedding. The venue provides two full bars and lounge areas for guests to gather, Grand ballroom with an iconic stage, and an elegant dining room. Complete with onsite floral design, event planning, and food and beverage service.
Grand Ballroom
Seated Capacity: 350
Perhaps most famous for its iconic built-in stage, the Grand Ballroom features beautifully restored, maple dance floor, high exposed beam ceilings, edition lights, and flowing drapery. Your attendees will enjoy the convenience of the adjacent private bar and spacious lounge just outside the Ballroom.

Two Full Bar & Lounges, Upper/Lower
The lower-level Social Lounge and bar - adjacent the Lower-Level Dining Room, and Upper-Level Grand Ballroom - offer a spacious gathering place for guests that features a retro steel lighting, private restrooms, and access to the lower level and Main entrance. We offer a variety of bar packages and à la carte beverage selections, including non-alcoholic, wine, domestic and craft beer, premium liquors, Champagne and specialty cocktails.
Dinning Room

The Dinning Room - located on the banquet hall’s Lower-Level, is an elegant space for guests to dine beneath ornate industrial tentacle chandeliers. With adjacent private bar and Lounge, the space can used separately for intimate events, such as business luncheons, charity auctions, or used used in combination with the Upper-Level Ballroom for larger corporate gatherings or fundraising galas.
